How Our Program Works
When a customer is ready to buy a new bike, one question often comes up: “What should I do with my current bike?”
We make it simple. Lebel Bicycles can quickly make an offer on your customer’s current bike, helping you remove one more obstacle from the new bike purchase.
The customer saves time, your team can focus on closing the new bike sale, and you earn a bonus for every completed deal.
Two Easy Ways to Submit a Request
1. Manage the process yourself
This option is ideal when the customer is in your store and ready to make a decision. Your team submits the bike information to us, receives the offer, and shares it with the customer.

How it works?
TInspect & Photograph the Bike
Take a quick look at the bike’s overall condition and make sure the information provided is accurate.
Take clear photos of the bike, including:
• Full bike photos from both sides
• Any visible scratches, damage, or notable wear
• Any important upgrades or component changes
• A clear photo of the bike’s serial number
Please also check the bike’s general mechanical condition, including:
• Suspension function, if applicable
• Wheels are running straight
• Gears are shifting properly
If anything is not working properly or may require service, simply mention it in the submission.
We just ask that the bike’s condition is represented as accurately as possible.
Fill out the quick form:
- Bike details — brand, model, year, and size
- A few notes about the bike’s condition and any upgrades
- Photos of the bike, including the serial number
- Your name, contact information, and shop name
Submit the Request
Send us the completed form. We prioritize requests from our bike shop partners and typically respond with an offer within 15 minutes, so your customer can make a decision while they are still in the store.
Customer Accepts the Offer
• Directly to the customer, or
• Directly to your bike shop
Choose whichever option works best for the transaction. The bike can stay at your shop, and we’ll coordinate pickup with your team. Once the deal is completed, we send your partner bonus. You can track your requests and their current status anytime through your online partner dashboard.

General Requirements
- Model year 2018 or newer
- Original MSRP of $2,500 or more
- Carbon, titanium, or steel frames
- We currently do not accept: Aluminum-frame bikes,Hybrid bikes, BMX bikes, Beach cruisers, Kids’ bikes, Folding bikes, Fixed-gear bikes, Vintage bikes, City bikes, Adult tricycles, Scooters, Unicycles
2. Quick Referral
Short on time? If the customer is just exploring their options or you would rather have us handle the process, simply send us a referral. It only takes a moment.
How it works?
Submit the Customer
Complete the short referral form with:
• Customer’s full name
• Customer’s phone number
• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your shop name
Your referral will automatically be connected to you and your shop, so we can track the transaction and your bonus.
We Take It From There
- Our team will contact the customer directly, collect the bike information and photos, and prepare an offer.
We typically evaluate referral bikes and provide an offer within 1 hour during business hours.
The customer can then review the offer and decide if they would like to move forward.

What Happens Next?
Once the offer is accepted, we coordinate the next steps directly with the customer and/or your shop.
Payment can be sent directly to the customer or directly to the bike shop, depending on how you would like to structure the transaction.
After the deal is completed, we send your partner bonus.
All of your referrals and their current statuses are available in your online dashboard and updated in real time.
