How Our Program Works
When a customer wants to buy a new bike, the question often comes up: “What should I do with my current bike? Where and how can I sell it?”
We make it simple: we’re ready to quickly buy your customer’s bike, helping you close the sale on the new one faster — while saving your customer time and reducing stress. Plus, you earn a bonus for every completed deal.
Two Easy Ways to Submit a Request

How it works?
Take photos of the bike in-store
(Or have the customer provide them on the spot if they already have some on their phone).
Fill out the quick form:
- Bike details (brand, model, year)
- Any notes on condition (scratches, upgrades, etc.)
- Upload several photos
- Enter your name, contact info, and shop name
Submit the form
You will receive a response within 15 minutes
Quick Response
If the customer accepts, simply let us know. We’ll send them payment directly, they leave the bike with you, and we’ll pick it up the same or next day — then send your bonus.
You can track all requests anytime in your live online dashboard — updated in real time.

- Road bikes (performance, endurance, gravel)
REQUIREMENTS
- Model year 2018 or newer
- Original MSRP of $2,500 or more
- Only carbon, titanium, or steel frames (We do not accept aluminum frame)
- We do not accept: Hybrid bikes, BMX bikes, Beach cruisers, Kids’s bikes, Folding bikes, Fixed-gear bikes, Vintage bikes, City bikes, Adult tricycles, Scooters, or Unicycles.
2. Referral contact form
If you’re short on time or the customer is just exploring options (not buying a new bike today), use this quick referral form.
How it works?
This records you as the referral source, ensuring your bonus is tied to this transaction.
Complete the short form with the customer’s name and phone, plus your own contact details.
We’ll reach out to them directly, send them our intake form, and get them an offer within an hour.
