Shop with confidence. Every product we sell is covered by a hassle-free 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you need to return an item, please contact our team within this period. We will issue a full refund or store credit. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

To efficiently process your refund, please get in touch with us via email at info@lebelbicycles.com or call us at +1 949-873-6888. You'll need to provide an order number and an email associated with your order.

If you are returning a bike, frame, or wheelset, please ensure proper packaging using foam padding, zip ties, and hub protectors to minimize potential shipping damage. Any damage caused due to improper packing will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. Clothing, footwear, and helmets must be returned in their original packaging and with manufacturer tags (if applicable).

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of the return request. Any items not returned in their original condition, without original packaging, and/or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

, you can return your bicycle to the same location by prior agreement of the time. Similarly, if you have used our local delivery service within our district, we can retrieve the bicycle from your home for a delivery fee set by us.

We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. You have the option to purchase your own shipping label with insurance if you desire. We are not responsible if the item does not arrive at our facility.
