Lebel Bicycles Return & Exchange Policy

For purchases on LebelBicycles.com within the United States


At a Glance

 • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return a bike or any other item for any reason.

 Return shipping within the U.S. is on us – we’ll email you a prepaid, insured shipping label.

 • We’ll issue a full refund to your original form of payment or store credit – your choice.

 Reasonable signs of test riding are OK as long as there’s no new damage.

 We do not charge a restocking fee and we do not deduct the cost of standard shipping that was included with a regular order.

 • Loss or damage during outbound or return shipping is covered by shipping insurance – we handle claims directly with the carrier.

1. Our PeaceofMind Purchase Guarantee

We want you to feel completely confident buying a preowned bike online.

Every bike and component purchased from LebelBicycles.com is covered by a 14 day satisfaction guarantee:

 • You may return an item for any reason

(fit isn’t right, you don’t like how it rides, etc.).

 • We will issue a full refund to your original form of payment or store credit, at your choice.

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable U.S. and California law (including your rights under any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).


2. Timing & Scope

 • The 14day period starts on the date you actually receive the order, according to the carrier’s tracking.

 • This policy applies to:

 • preowned bicycles;

 • frames, wheelsets, and other major components;

 • accessories, unless the product page clearly states otherwise.


3. Shipping & Insurance – You Take No Shipping Risk

The cost of shipping always includes full insurance against loss or damage:

 • when your order is shipped to you; and

 • when it is shipped back to us using our prepaid return shipping label.

If a bike or other item is lost or damaged in transit, we handle everything with the carrier and insurer. For you, this means:

 • we will either ship you a replacement (if a comparable item is available), or

 • refund the full amount you paid for the order.


4. How to Start a Return:

 1. Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us:

 2. Please provide:

  •  your order number;
  •  the name and email used at checkout;
  •  the reason for the return (this helps us improve, but does not affect your right to return).

 3. We will:

  •  register your return request;
  •  email you a prepaid, insured shipping label for U.S. returns;
  •  send stepbystep packing instructions for preparing the bike for shipment.


5. Condition of Items for Return

We understand you need to test ride a bike in real conditions.

To keep your right to a full refund, we just ask that:

 • the bike is in good working order with no new damage

(no crashes, major dents, frame cracks, etc.);

 • there are no obvious signs of extreme or race use;

 • all included accessories and small parts are returned

(chargers, adapters, tools, etc.).

Normal, reasonable signs of test riding are acceptable.

We reserve the right to decline a free return only in cases of clear misuse or abuse (for example, serious crash damage or intentional damage).

Clothing, shoes, and helmets may be returned if they are:

 • clean;

 • free from heavy signs of use;

 • with original manufacturer tags still attached,

unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

6. Packaging & Bike Assembly / Disassembly

Bikes must be packaged correctly for shipping – this protects both you and us.

We ask that you:

 Keep the original box and all packaging materials in which the bike arrived, whenever possible.

 • For the return shipment, use:

 • the same box and protective materials, and

 • our stepbystep packing instructions

(including turning the handlebar, securing moving parts with zip ties, etc.).

If you no longer have the original packaging, contact us and we will work out a solution, such as:

 • sending you a branded packing kit and/or

 • arranging packing assistance through a partner service.

If you follow our packing instructions and use the materials we provide, you are not responsible for damage that occurs in transit – it is covered by shipping insurance.


7. Refunds

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse at:

we will:

 • inspect its condition within 1–2 business days, and

 • process your refund to the original payment method, unless you have chosen store credit.

For standard returns we do not:

 • charge a restocking fee; or

 • deduct the cost of standard shipping included with a regular order.

If you paid for additional services (for example, expedited shipping or special delivery options), those fees may be nonrefundable unless required by law. Any such nonrefundable services are clearly disclosed at checkout.


8. Orders Not Yet Shipped

If you change your mind and your order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will:

 • cancel the order, and

 • refund 100% of the amount paid, including standard shipping.


9. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Return & Exchange Policy:

 • limits or cancels your rights under applicable U.S. and California consumer protection laws, including the SongBeverly Consumer Warranty Act and the MagnusonMoss Warranty Act; or

 • limits your rights if a product turns out to have a significant hidden defect.

If you discover a defect after the 14 day period that you believe existed at the time of sale, please contact us. We will review your case in light of your legal rights and our warranty obligations.
