I had a very good experience with Lebel Bicycles, even when shopping from out of town. If you're unsure about doing a remote transaction, these guys will treat you right. The shop owners are very responsive to messages, pack and ship the bike very quickly, and do a great job restoring bikes to like-new condition. When I'm shopping for my next bike, this will be the first place I look!
I recently purchased a used Specialized Turbo Levo SL from Lebel Bikes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, their communication was excellent — they answered all my questions promptly and clearly, including details about shipping, mileage, and components. The bike arrived in fantastic condition, exactly as described. Although there was a minor issue with the drivetrain, Lebel Bikes stood behind their product and quickly sent me replacement parts to make it right. That kind of customer service is rare, especially when buying used gear online. The bike itself is awesome, and I’m thrilled to have found a shop that not only offers great value but also backs it up with integrity and support. Highly recommend Lebel Bikes to anyone looking for quality bikes and trustworthy service. — Rob Hess
The folks at Lebel Bicycles were amazing! I purchased a bike, and they shipped it ultra fast. The bike was delivered in about 2 days. More importantly, the bike was wrapped very carefully and meticulously. It was almost as if they were shipping a fine piece of china!! Therefore, there was not the slightest blemish on the bike. It was perfect. Highly recommend buying from Lebel!!
It’s been a month since I bought my first road bike, a Specialized Tarmac, from Lebel Bicycles, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is incredibly professional and guided me through everything I needed to start my cycling journey. Their advice and support made the whole experience seamless. I’ve enjoyed every ride ever since, and the bike has been an absolute joy to ride. I’m so glad I found Lebel Bicycles. In fact, I’m already planning to buy another bike for my wife because of how great my experience has been. Thank you, Lebel Bicycles, you rock!
Love love love her. After deciding my TT bike was above my skill level I set out to find a Trek Domane… I saw this gorgeous lady and knew she was supposed to be mine. I reached out to Lebel. They were super helpful, gave me all the details about her. I purchased that night and they shipped her out the very next business day. She arrived 2 days later. She was a breeze to set up. She is even prettier than the pictures showed. I am more than pleased. I’ll definitely go back to them when I need my next bike. Thank you
I purchased a very lightly used Specialized Roubaix (<100 km) from the team at Lebel Bicycles and couldn't be happier. The bike was exactly as promised and was delivered directly to my door. They even threw in some extras like water bottle cages. I highly recommend Lebel Bicycles if you want a high-end bike at a great price.
I recently bought a BMC Roadmachine from Lebel Bicycles, and I’m blown away by the condition—10/10 for a pre-owned bike! These guys really know their stuff. I saved a ton of money compared to buying a brand-new bike, and the entire process was smooth. Thank you so much!
Lebel Bicycles is a great place to buy a bike! Recently I purchased a Trek Emonda and was impressed by the service. The staff was super knowledgeable and didn’t rush me at all. They even helped me find a perfect fit and provided a thorough inspection. Also, they offer shipping across the US, which is very convenient for my future upgrades so I don't need to spend time on driving there and back. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Five stars all the way, highly recommend it!
I am so grateful I found this company. After being rear ended on the way to a race, we lost my son’s race bike. So we started the search for a replacement. After comparing new bikes and other used bikes options, we found Lebel Bicycles. The options opened so many choices for us. Instead of buying a new mid level race bike, we were able to afford an amazing top tier XC bike. Dmitry and the team set us up really well. The bike arrived to Northern CA in 2 days! Perfect condition, tuned and ready to ride. Now my son will race his first race on a top tier bike he instantly loved. Thanks to their team and I’m looking forward to buying another bike, perhaps a gravel.
It’s been a month since I purchased my Cannondale Supersix from Lebel Bicycles, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The bike is an absolute dream—super smooth and perfect for both long rides and sprints. Dmitry’s team took the time to fit the bike perfectly to my riding style, and their attention to detail was impressive. A month later, the bike is still performing flawlessly. I would definitely recommend Lebel Bicycles to anyone looking for high-quality bikes and exceptional service! Thank you!
Good people. I bought a bike which was shipped quickly and packed properly. Sadly it wasn’t quite what I was looking for (my fault) but Lebel processed the return immediately and issued a no quibble refund. I would definitely buy from them again.
Bought a Scott Genius 900 Ultimate from them. Throughout the entire process they were quick to respond to all questions. Gave me a very good price. The bike arrived pristine except for a relatively minor problem with the suspension lockout. They quickly responded and searched for a solution and refunded me money to compensate for fixing it. Honest and fair! Will buy from them again!!!
