More importantly, the bike was wrapped very carefully and meticulously. It was almost as if they were shipping a fine piece of china!! Therefore, there was not the slightest blemish on the bike. Love love love her. After deciding my TT bike was above my skill level I set out to find a Trek Domane… I saw this gorgeous lady and knew she was supposed to be mine. I reached out to Lebel. They were super helpful, gave me all the details about her. I purchased that night and they shipped her out the very next business day. She arrived 2 days later. She was a breeze to set up. I purchased a very lightly used Specialized Roubaix (<100 km) from the team at Lebel Bicycles and couldn't be happier. The bike was exactly as promised and was delivered directly to my door. Lebel Bicycles is a great place to buy a bike! Recently I purchased a Trek Emonda and was impressed by the service. The staff was super knowledgeable and didn’t rush me at all. They even helped me find a perfect fit and provided a thorough inspection. Also, they offer shipping across the US, which is very convenient for my future upgrades so I don't need to spend time on driving there and back. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Five stars all the way, highly recommend it!
I am so grateful I found this company. After being rear ended on the way to a race, we lost my son’s race bike. So we started the search for a replacement. After comparing new bikes and other used bikes options, we found Lebel Bicycles. The options opened so many choices for us. Good people. I bought a bike which was shipped quickly and packed properly. Sadly it wasn’t quite what I was looking for (my fault) but Lebel processed the return immediately and issued a no quibble refund. I would definitely buy from them again.
Bought a Scott Genius 900 Ultimate from them. Throughout the entire process they were quick to respond to all questions. Gave me a very good price. The bike arrived pristine except for a relatively minor problem with the suspension lockout. They quickly responded and searched for a solution and refunded me money to compensate for fixing it. Honest and fair! Will buy from them again!!!
